1. Job Description

As a Site Supervision Engineer, you will be a vital link in ensuring that design drawings are realized with the highest accuracy and safety. Your key responsibilities include:

• Site Management: Directly manage on-site operations; coordinate construction teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Quality Control: Supervise technical execution and construction methods; ensure all items meet technical standards and comply with design documents.
• Quantity & Material Control: Monitor the supply and usage of materials on-site to prevent loss and waste. Verify actual quantities as a basis for payment.
• Safety & Environment: Strictly enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards (protective gear, scaffolding, electrical safety, etc.) and maintain site environmental hygiene.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily site diaries; prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for the Site Manager or Board of Directors. Complete acceptance and as-built documentation.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify errors or conflicts between design and reality to propose timely solutions.

2. Job Requirements

We are looking for highly responsible partners with deep professional expertise:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
  • Good command of software: AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience: At least [e.g., 2-3 years] of experience in a similar position. Candidates with a Supervision Practice Certificate are preferred.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Honest, decisive, and hardworking (comfortable working in field conditions).
